All of the prices for our services are discussed and determined at our initial consultation. The price of the service can depend on several factors including: size of the project, budget, expected completion date and number of packages included. Once the price is agreed between the parties that cost will be fixed throughout the duration of the service. We reduce our price for various factors relevant to the specific firm/ advisor.
Do you offer support with your services?
Yes, all of our services come with free support to get you accustomed to the new product. The length of the free support package is dependent on the service. In our initial discussions we communicate with you on whether we think there is a need for charged monthly health checks. However these only commence after the initial support package has ended. You can purchase further teaching services to try and get you accustomed to using the new product.
What can I expect as a Lexally client?
At Lexally we don't just want clients who are happy with the service, but genuine fans of who we are and what we offer. We want people who are eager to recommend us to others. Our actions are assimilated to your needs and desires and all our services are not complete until you are happy with the end product. We regularly check-up with previous clients as to how our service is performing.

We provide you with monthly health checks that only commence once the free support package has ended. Whilst we heavily advise that all our clients have a check-up policy with the Lexally team, all the details and final decisions are discussed at the initial meeting.
Do you offer multiple service packages?
Yes, in fact we recommend it depending on the service you hire us for. At the initial discussion we will try to develop an understanding for all the aspects of your business. If we see a further area as to where our skillsets can be put to use we will recommend this to you. A reduced cost can be offered for multiple service packages.

Do you have any affiliacies with the external software you consult on?

Our priority is helping your firm advance, we cant do that by building software that would be a lower standard to what already exists on the market anyway.
